Update and Swap Goodies

Well, it is 10:30 Friday night and Maya hasn’t torn the sutures!  This has been one of the hardest weeks I have had in awhile, dropping her back off yesterday at 8:00 A.M. was terrible, but I got to bring her home at 1:00 PM.  The vet or his tech had to sit on the floor with her cage door open or she would try to stand up…lol  He called last night to check on her, wonderful vet, but an even better human being!  So, she is eating, drinking, going potty and wagging her tail.  That is all she is allowed to do other than laydown ! lol   I can’t thank you all enough for all of the good thoughts and prayers that helped us get here….:)

I wanted to show you the wonderful items I received from my swap partner Dorothy of HensRule

My wonderful box was filled to the brim, layer after layer of fun….my wonderful spoolie!

(sorry about the background…I thought I had all of that stuff out of the photo)

It looks like, by the posts on blogs that everyone had a wonderful time with this swap.  That makes my day!  And yes, we will be doing a fun “de-stash” box a bit later….more on that when we get closer to the time…:)

Have a great weekend!

Glad your baby is doing better ;) I really enjoyed this swap. Spoolies are something fun but not a project that takes a super long time. I just love finding all the treasures to fill up the box with! Thanks again for hosting such a great swap!

I sure hope pup gets better soon. They don't listen to us when we want them to rest do they.
You sure got a great surprise package.
The best way to spruce up our homes is to take lots of photos then look through them to see what needs changing. Our eyes don't seem to notice things but when we look at the photos we see what is wrong in the room.

So glad thta oysweet doggie is getting better. It must have been hard holding him down. But it is better than giving him too much medication. That happened to a dog we knew. Sounds like he will be better soon.
Lovely gifts and swap.
It was a fun swap. I enjoyed what I made and what I received. I will post soon.
