I went to a Thrift store a few days ago and found these goodies! I also am including a photo of one of my very favorites items in my kitchen. My grandma had these type of cookie jars when I was little! This was brand new, but I painted the lid and added the meyercord vintage decal, so I think it counts as "Vintage! Also, look for a new "vintage" look to my blog in the not too near future! :)

If you hadn't let the cat out of the bag, I would have thought the cookie jar was vintage. Very sweet.
I love all of the old seam binding and rick rack! I always pick that stuff up when I see it at garage sales or thrift stores. And that jar is adorable! Looks vintage to me!

I remember when decals were popular. The one on your jar does look vintage.
I remember mom putting rick rack on our dresses when we were little - - - and on curtain edges too.
That rick rack sure brings back many memories of home ec. Fun things that you found! Love the jar. It is a great vintage looking jar.
