My Very First Giveaway!!!!!

OK Ladies....I am so excited about this! I am going to give away one of my cute "Cracker jars". I have mine on my blog banner. In a post for Vintage Thingie Thursday, I posted a photo and got a lot of questions about it.....so I am making one for my giveaway! It is a good sized glass jar with a sweet Meyercord Decal of a cute little woman and her garden....I keep my sugar in mine. If this sweet little gal isn't screaming 1940's...nothing is! This photo is of my jar, so the top is a little banged up, you will get a brand new one, so you will have to do your own creative denting!

I am going to try to sell these on Etsy, I will have different decals and sizes that you can buy in a week or so. So I guess this is also a way to celebrate my opening my new storealso!

I will post about that later this next week....

The rules are simple!

Leave a comment here, it can be about what ever you would like. I am going to take comments until Thursday Night and 7:00 PM my time. ( In Arizona, I think that is Mountain time. :) ) Please leave a way for me to contact you in the comment.
Please let your friends know about this .... the more the merrier!

I will use a random number generator thingie to pull the winner from the comments left for this post.

Good luck! And thanks for stoppin' by!

Hi Sandy,

Thanks for stopping by, it's so nice to meet you!
Your jar is just adorable! So is your blog! I've enjoyed having a look around...

Thank you for posting my blog button! I also see we both have a thing for vintage tablecloths! I also have quite a collection too.

Vintage things always seem to appeal to me, even though I like so many different styles of decor.

I think the 40's era is so cute because the colors are so cheerful , and reminds me of when the world was a much more simple and happy time.

Thanks for entering me in your darling giveaway and I wish you the best of luck with it!

Hugs,
Sherri:)

Sandy, I can hear that sweet gal from here, saying she wants to come live in my kitchen! She would be very much at home there, since most of my decor is from the 30s-50s. She's so adorable! Please enter me in your sweet giveaway!
Hope you're having a great weekend!

Oh sweet Sandy! Thanks for stopping by! I just love the jar. I also LOVE vintage tablecloths I have yet to get any reproductions, but I have a large collection of vintage Christmas ones. I recently started to get others I just love the colors and designs. They just don't make them like that anymore, it amazes me I can have a 60 year old tablecloth and it holds up better than my new ones! Toodles!

Hi Sandy~
What a cute blog you have! I have been wandering around here a bit and I love the look. I agree with you about the vintage cloths. I have a few but hate to take a chance that they will get stained so the repros are fine with me. (also, some the vintage ones are odd sizes)Your jars are a great idea-very versatile! Great giveaway! Thanks for your visit. Swaps are fun-don't be intimidated. ~Joyce

I LOVE your site!! Just found it this morning...I love retro-1940's stuff...I have things that were my grandmothers and use them all the time! The jar is adorable! I am re-doing my kitchen in using red things-canisters, checks in the curtains, etc- and she would fit in so well! Thanks for sharing with us your house in AZ!
