Peeps and Hoodles!!!!!

When I was growing up, these were my favorite part of my Easter basket….

You either love them or hate them there is no in between….I have collected “Peep” memoralbilia for awhile now, last year I gave a good portion away to a homeless shelter for the kids…but I had a lot of what you see in these photos.  I still have the candies in the top middle photo….

A few years ago Big Lots had all kinds of goodies in Peeps, Target did for a few years and of course the Dollar Tree….it was fun while it lasted….
I have a box of them on my fridge right now, getting hard as rocks!

The new flavors this year mostly sound gross, except for the lemonade….that might be good….

……and yes, you can scrapbook with them too!

I love the little guys! :):)  I did buy one item this year…..

Even if you hate to eat them you have to admit, they are cute!

I bet you are wondering what the heck is a Hoodle????  Well this is a Hoodle…

Bailey's first haircut 2 of 2014

Yup, had a DNA test and she is such a mix that they couldn’t get it diluted enough!  But she had miniature Poodle all over in the mixes and pure bred three generations back on both sides.  So Bailey is starting a new “Designer Breed”

Heinz 57 and Miniature Poodle =  Hoodle!

Have a great day!

A hoodle! How fabulous. Josie LOVES peeps. I have the sweetest picture of her when she's two and she's loving on her chick peep in her highchair. Who knew they had so many interesting flavors??

LOL Ok, that is the cutest Hoodle I've ever seen! :)
I LOVE Peeps! What's not to love? Total sugary cuteness! I didn't know that they had all those new flavors this year. Think I'll stick to the original ones. I don't even like to eat them for other holidays, like x-mas trees or ghosts. Nope! Can't do it. Easter is the only time it seems right. Then...bring em on! :)
Hugs to you and you hoodle!

Love Peeps. You have had quite a collection. Do you have the VW peeps car.
I love those ears on your doggie. I'd love to do a DNA on our Springer. How in the world do they tell back 3 generations. Amazing.
Now, I'm hungry for marshmallows.

Actually, the Bubble Gum ones are good. They are not over the top in taste. Just enough.

Hi Sandy,
Just stopping by to say Hi! It was a fun trip down memory lane remembering how... it wasn't Easter without the Peeps in the basket. Cute things here in this Post! Especially the cute little Hoodle! : )
Hope you're doing well,
ML
