Abbey and Maya on Christmas…..

I had told you about a video we took of the “kids” on Christmas morning, so here it is. Let me start by saying that Abbey’s favorite toy is a plastic bottle cap… oh I can hear the gasps now!!! She does NOT eat them, she plays hockey with them, chews them flat and walks away, she has never eaten one! So that is why there are a hundred bottle caps under the stuffed dog. Abbey being a pup she only can fixate one one thing at a time…the red ball was first. ….and Maya has been opening her own gifts since she was a pup…she was very patient in waiting to get her gift. They both got goodie bags from Santa also.

And here are the bottle caps….

Sorry the first video is so long, but we had such a good time watching Abbey, Maya on the other hand thought she was certifiable!

All the Christmas is put away except for in my craft room, all of the glued goodies and vintage items have to stay inside….where inside?  I have no clue! lol

Thanks for stopping by…..

That is so funny! And sweet! They are both darling. I've never tried bottle caps with ours but our Penelope used to be so obsessive over any new ball that she even attacked our son's Old English Bulldog over one. That little incident cost quite a few bucks at the vet so we learned to put a ball down for her only when she was alone. Y'all are very patient to spread down and pick up all those bottle caps.

I had a blast watching your little ones! How much the dogs must have had, and you guys laughing and watching them. It put a smile on my face. So cute. Thanks for that!

What lovely, happy dogs you have. Those videos make my heart sing! I was amazed at how restrained Maya was as she opened her gift....and I dare anyone not to smile at Abbey's pure joy. Thank you for sharing! :)

Too funny Sandy! My TSG's Big White Puppy goes crazy when she hears the sound of a bottle cap being unscrewed. I should give her a whole stocking full next Christmas. Thanks for sharing. Elizabeth

Too Funny!
I had a cat whose favorite toy was a wad of paper. He would fetch it and drop it in my lap to throw again.
You know children, buy them fancy presents and what do they do? Play with the boxes.
