Hi Everybody!
Today I thought I would share some of the vintage cards I got to scan that were my cousins and my Aunt’s. It was so fun going thru my Aunt’s scrapbook, she had pages for her wedding shower, baby showers and of course birthdays and holidays. My Uncle Dale used to sign his cards “Cupcake”…..you didn’t hear that from me! LOL
My cousin Linda also had the cutest cards!!!!! We had a ball going thru her scrapbooks….but now she knows she has to redo them and that is a little daunting, as they are just falling apart…
This sweet little card was from my Mom and Dad to Linda when she was little….it was a pleasant surprise to see my Mom’s handwriting. :)
I know it isn’t Christmas yet, but this is just too cute!
Again, how sweet is this???????
This one is going on my postcard swap card! It's perfect!!!!!!
Please feel free to use these images for your own personal fun!
So that is my Rednesday for this week….I am going to have a lot more to share on Rednesdays once my box arrives from Wisconsin!
Thanks for coming over….I always love visitors! :)
PS...Just as I was finishing this post UPS showed up!!!!! So get ready, tomorrow I will show you the goodies!!!!! Have a lot of photos to take! :)

The one you picked for the swap is perfect it looked so "Elizabeth" to me. The cards are just so sweet and thanks for posting them. Don't you wonder why they don't make cards like this NOW ???

Sandy, What a super duper post! I thought EXACTLY that you had found the perfect image for your postcards. What fun it seems you had looking through albums with your family. I am so happy for you! Elizabeth
What sweet old cards. They sure bring back memories. Does that mean I'm old? Naw. Happy Reds~

These greeting cards are adorable. So nice that you have so many family memories. I was thinking, "I'll bet she does genealogy, too," and sure enough, I scrolled down and there was your post about your new genealogy blog. :-) I do our family's genealogy too -- a never-ending project, but oh, so rewarding.
My first Rednesday post is up. Hope you'll like it.
What wonderful cards!
Thanks for sharing them.
Have a great day~
Fondly,
Ann

Hey Sandy...
What cute vintage cards! And I had to laugh at your uncle signing his cards "Cupcake"...my Mom & Dad would sign their cards Cheddar (Dad) & Cupcake (Mom)...I guess it was from a 1951 cartoon they saw on their honeymoon...and it stuck all their lives.
We really ARE a good match as swap partners...this swap of Linda's is going to be too much fun...I aready have lots of ideas for YOU!
